So, you want to know a little more about me! I am a 50+ year old husband, dad, engineer, and space enthusiast during the week, and foodie, food challenger/competitive eater, and YouTuber on the weekend. It goes without saying, I love food. If you love big portions, underdog comebacks, and real reactions to truly insane meals, you’re in the right place.

My first food challenge was January 2022. Some friends/coworkers and I decided to attempt a food challenge together. It was a GIANT burger with some chili cheese fries. We thought it would be fun; however, none of us expected to finish. It was a surprise to everyone when I finished it — and then drank a milkshake after. I was the only one who won that day. That was when I learned… I could eat a lot.

After that win, I was hooked and wanted to do more. Since then, food challenges and content creation have become my hobby. I don't consider myself a professional eater, just an “Old Guy” that enjoys food. Unlike the pros, I don't train or try to stretch my stomach to eat more. Also, I chew my food — which means I can't eat very fast. It baffles me how the pros bite and swallow their food so quickly.

My goal is to post one new video each week. I keep it honest and post the wins, the fails, and the “what was I thinking?” moments. Follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to keep up with my activities.
